Senior Highlight Emma Hagenaars

Mr.Boyman- I would like to recognize my friend Emma Hagenaars. I really got to know Emma when she was a junior in my pre-calculus class. I have found her to be such a friendly and caring person. She is a very intuitive math student who understands what it takes to succeed. Her success has not only come in the classroom, but on the athletic field. She always has a smile on her face and a kind word when you greet her in the hallway. I wish her all of the best things that the future has to offer, and I can't wait to see what this young lady does to make this world a better place.

Mr. Gower would like to recognize Emma Hagenaars. As teachers we all hope our students will find relevance in what they learn in the classroom. Emma may be the best student I’ve had in finding relevance in her learning. In my opinion, this is a major factor in long term success! Connected to this, I always appreciated her analytical abilities and how she could find meaning and make connections that inspired her classmates. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude for learning made the learning process more enjoyable for everyone. I have no doubt you will find great success in the future! “Experience has shown, and a true philosophy will always show, that a vast, perhaps the larger, portion of truth arises from the seemingly irrelevant.”- Edgar Allan Poe. Good luck and all the best to you!
