	Welcome to Wayne Elementary School! Kindergarten Screening/Registration at Wayne Elementary School TUESDAY, MARCH 20, 2012 Kindergarten registration for the 2012 - 2013 Wayne Elementary kindergarten students will be be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 in the morning. Information will be sent home prior to the registration date. If your child will be 5 years old by October 15, 2012, please call Mrs. McGuire at the school (685-3634) to be sure she has your child listed as an incoming kindergarten student. You will need to bring a birth certificate, updated immunization records, and if your child has had his/her 5-year old physical, a copy of that form also. We look forward to meeting our incoming 2012 Kindergarten students and their parents.
